You’ll probably want to spread out the bear’s legs more than what I’m showing in the photograph below. Then glue on the 4 medium pom poms as the bear’s arms and legs. Gently press the bear’s head into position. Next, add a generous glob of hot glue to the ball ornament, just in front of the metal part where you attach the string. Using hot glue, attach the two ears into position on the top sides of the bear’s head. I’m sure it would have been fine to leave them, but I wanted them to look more like ears. Then I squished two other small pom poms between my fingers to flatten them out. I wanted to make a little “hole” in the large pom pom for the bear’s nose to fit into.Īdd a nice glob of hot glue into the little “hole” in the pom pom and carefully press one of the small pom poms into it. Since my pom poms were dollar store quality, it was easy to open them up a little. I got my pom poms and the ball ornaments at the dollar store – so check there first! Because when there are teddy bears involved, you have to name them, right? They lined them up on their night table and named them Snowy, Scarlet and Ginger.
